Before offering advice, let's review a bit the types of fade cuts. We're not saying you're not familiar with them, but we just want to go over them. Here are the types of fades that are practiced and are the most popular: 

• Skin Fade Cut. Recommended by stylists and equally appreciated by men, especially popular during the hot season, the skin fade cut involves shaving the hair down to almost the skin. Evidently, this type of cut is slightly shorter than the next on the list. If the shape of the face allows, the barber can texturize the hair with the help of thinning scissors or bleach the top. This type of cut perfectly suits a short beard.
• Low Fade Cut. Recommended for people working in the corporate sector or frequenting so-called formal environments.
• Medium Fade Cut. Generally recommended as this type of fade is easier to wear and helps you achieve the best aesthetic effect. It also suits slightly longer hair.

Oval Face Shape 

The man with an oval face is lucky because almost any type of fade cut suits him, whether long or short. You can help him with some styling products and teach him how to properly take care of his beard. 

Round Face Shape

For men with a round face, shorter fade cuts are recommended to create a sense of elongation. They pair very well with a medium-length beard that creates the same effect. 

Heart Face Shape 

A heart-shaped face features a prominent jawline and well-contoured cheekbones. A short fade, preferably with the hair on top styled backwards or to the side, is recommended. 

Triangular Face Shape
